Support PriMed Senior Management and the Hill Physicians’ leadership in the recruitment, compensation development, and management of the Hill Physicians’ provider network.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, help evaluate, and contract with providers that comprise the Hill Physicians’ network of physicians.
• Act as liaison between physician leadership and PriMed / Hill management and staff.
• Facilitate and schedule physician panel meetings and interaction among Hill Physicians’ leadership, PriMed staff and network physicians.
• Participate in and possibly facilitate medical leadership functions, such as monthly Medical Management Team meetings.

Required Experience:

• Must be able to contribute to cross-functional work groups both as leader and participant
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Description:
***TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT LASTING APPROXIMATELY 2-1/2 YEARS***

Work with a Sr. Project Manager on an enterprise wide claims system implementation. Primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise to the project. Act as the liaison between HPMG technical staff and the claims project team. It is anticipated that they would lead and manage technical leads handling interfaces, conversion, testing, and reporting.

• Develop, manage and maintain the technical & interface project plan needs for the project; provide updates to Sr. PM for incorporation into overall plan.
• Participate in discovery & documentation of technical ‘as is state’.
• Participate with vendor in documentation of technical needs & design.
• Manage all technical portions of the project including all (technical) sub-task teams
• Participate as project team member in ‘change management’ associated with future environment.
• Identify resource levels and needs; identify gaps, and recommendations for appropriate resources for the technical needs.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership for:
o Interfaces
o Conversion and testing
o Reporting
• Work with vendor on technical requirements, hardware sizing and implementation.
• Participate in the project implementation leadership team
• ID and manage technical risks and issues.
• Assist with the identification of external resources to fill Lead positions.
• Manage environment needs for the project.

Required Experience:
• Five to ten years’ experience leading large technical teams
• Project Management experience in managed care, delegated IPA, insurance, or health care is desired
• Advanced user skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, Project Server, BizTalk, and SharePoint
• Strong management skills with the ability to promote a team environment
• Experience in all aspects of the SDLC (systems development life cycle)
• Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent activities
• Experience with QNXT system desired
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to quickly evaluate all facets of a situation or problem, determine viable alternatives and implement the best solution
• Ability to use diplomacy in human relationships, to work as part of a team, and to maintain pleasant working relationships.

Act as the liaison between HPMG technical staff and the ICD 10 project team. Lead and manage 4 technical leads responsible for internal system readiness, interfaces, reports, and testing.

 

Responsibilities:
• Drive the completion of all technical tasks for ICD 10.
• Create and maintain the project plan for the technical components of the ICD 10 project.
• Work closely with the Sr. PM and the Program Manager to meet the objectives of the ICD 10 project.
• Complete the technical assessment of HPMG systems.
• Identify and manage technical risks and issues.
• Assist with identification of external resources to fill Lead positions
• Work closely with Operations Vendor Lead to coordinate technical and testing needs.
• Manage system environment needs for the project.

Required Experience:
• Project Management experience in managed care, delegated IPA, insurance, or health care

• Familiarity with HIPAA transaction set (5010) and ICD-9/ICD-10 code sets desired

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Under the leadership of the Manager, Implementation Projects and the EHR Account Rep and Training Team Lead, the EHR Trainer provides training on the NextGen® Practice Management (PM) & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. As a member of the Implementation Projects Department, the trainer prepares training materials and conducts training for practice staff, and Primed team members.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Provide end user training, and ensure that practice staff are appropriately trained prior to EHR GoLive.

• Develop training schedules, training materials & curriculums for the NextGen® EHR system.

• Plan and present training for new functionality and post implementation advanced training sessions.

• Prepare & deliver training for:

1. Upgrades and new functionality,

2. New practice employees,

3. Topic-based WebEx trainings for the practices.

• Perform assessments to determine skills gaps between current and desirable skill levels, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes

• Generate status and other types of reports relating to the training process, maintain training calendar.

• Identify opportunities for improving training methods and procedures; communicate recommendations appropriately.

• Provide GoLive support for EHR implementations at the practice sites.

• Provide demonstrations of the NextGen® EHR during the sales process.

• Maintain current knowledge of the NextGen® EHR System.

 

 

Required Experience:

• At least three years’ experience in the health care industry, preferably with exposure to physician offices and their front and back office workflows

• Three or more years’ experience conducting computer application or other technical training in a professional environment

• Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies required

• Knowledge of the NextGen® EHR system highly desirable

• Understanding of medical office billing highly desirable

• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, both technical and business focused, required
